COWI —one of the Nordic region’s leading engineering and sustainability consultancies, working across large infrastructure and building projects— had teams spending too much time researching outdated material data and sharing data ad-hoc via spreadsheets and emails, resulting in an inefficient workflow. Under increasingly strict CO₂ regulations, optimizing and improving efficiency in processes that lead to reliable, up-to-date information for every design decision is key. Integrating LCA Across Projects
KHR compiled several material catalogs to support projects with sustainable material options. These collections, organised in Excel, included emissions data but were difficult to update and share with colleagues.
By digitising their catalogs with revalu, they now have a more robust solution to manage materials and their associated environmental data.
Our collection space uses automatic alerts to signal outdated data, and can be used to easily share and collaborate on material choices both internally and with clients.
